Five apartments are situated in the peaceful seaside village Poljana, only 20 meters from the beach, making them a perfect choice for guests who want to enjoy the sea just steps from their accommodation.
Here you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Guests can enjoy beautiful beaches, sports courts for both children and adults including table tennis, basketball and water polo, as well as a scenic promenade with more than 8 km of cycling and walking paths along the coast.
You can also enjoy grilled dishes, traditional Dalmatian specialties, and experience authentic local hospitality. The hosts often offer guests homemade brandy, plum schnapps and traditional liqueurs.

Ugljan Island – The Green Island of Dalmatia 🌿
Ugljan Island is the closest island to Zadar, separated from the mainland by the Zadar Channel, which is only two nautical miles wide. The island is well connected to the city by frequent ferry lines.
Ugljan is often called the “green island” thanks to its lush vegetation, including pine forests, olive groves, fig trees, vineyards and Mediterranean plants.
The island covers 51.85 km², while its coastline stretches 74 km, offering numerous beaches and bays.
For more than two thousand years, local generations have been closely connected with the sea, sailing and fishing. The island is also famous for its long tradition of olive growing, producing high-quality olive oil with exceptional aroma.
On the northwestern side of the island you will find several charming fishing and tourist villages such as Kukljica, Kali, Preko and Ugljan.
The opposite side of the island is mostly untouched and features hidden bays, small islands and rich underwater life, making it a paradise for divers and sport fishermen.
The rocky and picturesque interior of the island offers many hiking and cycling trails, perfect for exploring the Mediterranean landscape.
One of the most spectacular viewpoints is the Venetian fortress of St. Michael from the 18th century, which offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Zadar archipelago.
