The house is only 60 meters from the beach and offers a beautiful large swimming pool with sun loungers, a jacuzzi, and a sun terrace with a mini kitchen and BBQ area – perfect for relaxing with family and friends. 🌅
The house offers 5 modern apartments for 2–6 people, all equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi. Parking is available in front of and behind the house.
Guests can use a shared terrace with a large table and grill, as well as several peaceful corners in the garden for reading or relaxing in privacy. 🌿
Private boat mooring and trailer parking are also available. The famous Kava Beach is nearby, and there’s a small grocery store and restaurant just 200 meters away.
Trogir can be reached by car or by a small private boat for only 5€ round trip.
